Employees

At present our employees are islanders. Many of whom did not have any work back ground. Kirt and myself have taken the time to teach the local islanders a skill and paid them as well. We ended up with a very good crew of workers. The unemployment rate in the RMI is very high. Many companies chose to hire outside labor in the RMI, mostly from Asia. We have time on our side and can afford to teach these people, really we can not afford not to teach them. Every minute of time or dollar invested here comes back in very large returns.
