Investment oportunity

The project principals are looking for investors for the completion of phase 1 of the project. This phase includes completion of 8 of the bungalows, 10 of the hotel rooms  and the marina, restaurant and bar.

Two types of investors are being looked at. We will consider out right project investor. And we are also putting some of the lagoon bungalows up for sale.

Current status

  • Phase one is well underway. At the present we are focusing on the bungalows and the restaurant/bar and marina. We estimate 12 months before phase 1 is completed.
  • We are also considering investors for stage 2 as well. This phase will include the 9 hole golf course and 8 more bungalows and 10 more hotel rooms.
