Summer is coming. The weather is going to be fantastic in a month or so. Kirt and my-self have decided that during the development stage of the project we would open the 22 acres up for camping. The island is a fantastic place to camp. After the project is complete there will be no more camping on the property. We have a package that includes the basics, 3 meals and showers.   • Bungalows are now being offered for sale. We are selling the rights to a few bungalows on the lagoon. These are being made available now. The bungalows are being used to generate funds for development, The sale includes the full use of the resort properties when completed. Each unit that is sold can be kept in resort inventory while not in use by owner. Ownership comes with many advantages, all restaurant and bar taps are discounted 50%. No charge for use of the workout center, tennis court, golf course. When available boats and recreation water craft can be used on a fuel charge only basis.
